Workspace ONE UEM is scheduled to undergo maintenance on November 19, 2021.

Maintenance Window:
• Start: Friday, November 19, 2021, 02:00 UTC
• End: Friday, November 19, 2021, 06:00 UTC

Change:
Migrating load balancer configuration and updating SSL certificates for AirWatch Cloud Messaging Service (AWCM)

Customer Impact:
My Workspace ONE portal has been updated for all customers in scope for this maintenance.
Customers leveraging on-premises hosted VMware Workspace ONE integration modules such as VMware Workspace ONE Cloud Connector (ACC), VMware Enterprise System Connect (VESC), VMware Tunnel, Mobile Access Gateway (MAG), Secure Email Gateway (SEG) may require a service restart in case of intermittent issues post change. If issues persist after service restart, please engage VMware Workspace ONE Support for further assistance.

During the maintenance, root SSL certificates will be updated. Please make sure any on-premise servers hosting ACC, SEG, etc can automatically update their certificate store. If this is not possible, a list of GoDaddy certificates can be found here.
